簽約人我:國曆61年11月13日凌晨5時,男朋友:國曆44年10月19日吉時,簽約日訂在6/10日中午不知可不可以?以後這間套房主要是由我男朋友居住,我偶爾過去住.
1.應由誰祭拜儀式呢
2.因不是自己的房子,是不是至附近的土地公廟祭拜,要選日期及時間嗎?如果要何時最佳?
3.有煮飯,用電陶爐是否要拜地基主呢?一年一度的普渡拜可以嗎?
