以大膽與淫亂演技取勝的AV女優佐藤遙希（さとう遥希），2011年從日本知名AV發行商SOD公司出道，拍攝首部作品「喜歡打扮成男人的女人」（男子の格好をしているオンナのコは好きですか? ）以反串花美男混入心儀男生的男校，被老師發現的劇情而嶄露頭角。
2011年則以3期生的身分加入AV女優團體「OFA☆21」，當時還是新人的她以多變題材適應性，與淫亂演技在AV界人氣相當高。

2012年和加藤莉娜、蕾、成瀨心美、小倉奈奈共同組成半年限定「SKY Perfec Adult」應援隊「AIDL5」，除了有漂亮臉蛋與巨乳之外，她靠著多種類型、題材通吃的演出，更盛傳她性慾驚人，曾把經驗老到的男優隔天弄得渾身痠痛。

幾乎甚麼類型都勇於嘗試的她，2013年就在日本SKY Perfec成人放送大賞2013（スカパー!アダルト放送大賞2013），榮獲女優賞和雜誌cyzo賞，更勇奪日本AV網站DMM月冠軍寶座，充份滿足粉絲們的各種需求。
