周一是24節氣中的大暑，聽名字就覺得非常熱，事實上周一台北也出現35.6度高溫，預計未來幾天都是很晴朗炎熱的天氣，大家外出多喝水、勤防曬。

目前台灣受到太平洋高壓籠罩，天氣非常晴朗穩定，午後陣雨也僅限於山區，預估未來幾天都是相當不錯的好天氣，很適合戶外活動，降雨的情況不明顯，只是陽光很大、紫外線很強，氣溫也會飆高到33-35度，之前好不容易感覺晚上比較涼了，也又開始回到熱呼呼的夜晚，低溫25-27度，這樣的天氣很符合現在24節氣中的大暑， 通常小暑到大暑會是一年當中最熱的時間點，高溫動輒34、35度，防曬、喝水是不能少的。
