洪仲丘案增兩名被告

【石明啟／桃園報導】洪仲丘案再添兩名被告，高軍檢檢察長史勝德晚間指出，下士李念祖今天上午以關係人傳喚到案後，經調查後，認為李涉嫌淩虐部屬致死，改列被告後交保，另一名士官長陳以人，第三次以證人身份被高軍檢傳喚到案後也轉列被告，陳以人要求律師到場，目前仍持續偵訊。
