颱風帶長浪 西南沿海活動小心

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北3日電）墾丁今天發生9人溺水和高雄漁船翻覆2人失蹤。中央氣象局說，颱風「燕子」雖未撲台，但為台灣西南部沿海帶來長浪，民眾到海邊活動要小心。

氣象局說，「燕子」已登陸中國南海，雖然離台灣很遠，但透過海水傳遞，台灣西南沿海帶來長浪。

氣象局觀測，今天西南部沿海浪高達2到4公尺，明顯比一般成人身高高出許多，而且是風小浪大。

氣象局提醒，明天到西南部沿岸、恆春半島及墾丁海邊活動的民眾，要特別留意浪況並注意安全。1020803
