農委會修法 山水米翻版擬重罰300萬

山水米業者泉順公司2年累犯18次屢次在一個月內改善、逃過罰款，農委會農糧署28日緊急開會，晚間拍板定案修訂「違反糧食管理法案件裁量作業要點，針對有意欺瞞或故意嚴重違規行為者不再給予改善期限，逕行裁罰。

罰款額度從現行最高20萬元大幅提高至300萬元、採連續處罰，並增訂重大違規影響民生者逕行廢止糧商登記之規定。

農糧署長李蒼郎表示，相關法案將在9月送立院審查，目前看來無法回溯這次山水米案件，但拉高裁罰額度將從嚴處罰，以遏止業者投機心理。
