柯文哲遭約談　蔡英文：司法標準無法交代

對於台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲，被以貪瀆犯嫌疑人將遭約談，民進黨前主席蔡英文今天說，台灣社會今天面臨讓人擔心的現象是，對司法不信賴。

蔡英文說，長期以來，司法一直無法對社會交代，執行法律的標準是否一致，是否在不同的時空環境，或是面對不同政黨屬性，有不同標準的適用，司法一直無法澄清與釋疑，以致於每次遇到個案發生時，人民馬上質疑是否不公平的狀況，司法應好好坐下來想一想，是否有標準不一的地方。
