李來希：這改革讓公務員抬不起頭

立法院司法及法制委員會今天舉行軍公教退撫及保險年金公聽會，會中砲聲隆隆。公務人員協會年金改革小組召集人李來希表示，軍公教從沒反對改革，但這次改革讓他們抬不起頭；而所得替代率計算基礎應維持本俸乘以二，而非背離現實的本俸乘以一點六或一點七的基本俸額。
