飛車搶8旬老婦　夭壽匪還輾壓婦雙腿

今天上午11時許，新竹縣1名范姓男子(35歲)缺錢，騎車在外閒晃，經過竹北市中正東路地下道時，發現1名張姓老婦人(81歲)獨自徒步經過，竟飛車行搶皮包，還輾壓過張婦雙腿。所幸張婦送醫後沒生命危險。警方訊後依搶奪罪嫌送辦。

警方表示，范男臨時起意飛車行搶張婦，張婦和范嫌不穩雙雙倒地，范嫌竟殘忍輾壓過張婦雙腿，害張婦輕微腦震盪、四肢多處撕裂傷送醫，所幸無生命危險。警方下午循線逮捕范嫌，他坦承缺錢犯案。警方訊後依搶奪罪嫌送辦。
