餐廳名稱：阿官火鍋 怡東店 消費時間：2013年/6月 地址：台南市東區怡東路48號 電話：(06)236-8877 網誌圖文詳細版 : http://0rz.tw/O3tTF -- 週日常常早餐很晚吃，然後到了下午一點多才想出門覓食 結果我們那天就遇到了窘境，跑了兩間都兩點就要休息.. 不接受客人!! 靈機一動，想說去吃火鍋好了~~ 似乎沒聽說火鍋店會休息 XD 之前也有吃過阿官火鍋，但是是在安平的大間旗艦店~ 這天剛好在東區，google了一下怡東路也有分店!! 馬上驅車前往，怡東店沒安平那間的豪華裝潢~ 不過生意也是不錯! 店內的裝潢有家的感覺，讓人很舒適~ 安平店人潮多，顯得就有點吵雜，不過挑高建築很氣派 XD 看了一下Menu，跟之前差不多~~ 湯底可以加價選擇別種口味，不過原味湯頭就很好了! 每個人的鍋還有分兩邊，可以肉跟菜分開煮~~ 醬料也是阿官火鍋很棒的地方，沙茶醬是請香港主廚特製~ 加上海鮮醬油後的風味獨特，不油膩好吃! 菜盤有多種青菜、手工特製鮮丸、豆腐、油條、豆皮、香菇等等! 蠻豐盛的~~ 小珊每次都吃不完 XD 精選羊肉 羊肉上桌就覺得肉質不錯，沒有過度的冷凍! 油花不會過多，口感很好~~ 軟滑土雞肉 這土雞肉真的很厲害，就像它的名字一樣~ 煮完後的肉質很軟滑嫩Q，之前吃過一次就愛上 阿官火鍋的湯頭好肉質佳，櫃台還有標明他們肉品的來源 最後飽餐一度後，還會送上芋頭紫米湯當甜點~ 還有~~ 冷氣開很強，夏天也可以吃火鍋的啦 XDDD -- 用快門記錄著生活 https://www.facebook.com/OldFatherBlog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.103.108 ※ oldfather:轉錄至看板 Tainan 07/04 21:25
