受到太平洋高壓壟罩影響，全台各地高溫炎熱且穩定，中午過後會有雷陣雨發生情形，在山區、大台北都會地區情況會比較明顯，外出記得攜帶雨具。不過未來幾天隨著太平洋高壓減弱，午後陣雨情況會越來越明顯。

溫度部分，全台都是高溫炎熱的天氣，中午最高溫在32到35度，低溫也有25到27度，甚至都會區則受到熱島效應影響，都還有28度的氣溫。另外，紫外線很強要外出記得防曬，並補充水分避免中暑。外出記得多補充水分、小心中暑。
