柯文哲：洪仲丘案有問題的是軍方

陸軍下士洪仲丘猝死，外界質疑桃園天成醫院及台北三軍總醫院的急救措施；看過洪仲丘完整病歷的台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲表示，整件事情沒有醫療問題，「有問題的是軍方隱瞞真相。」

「釐清病史，速戰速決，是急救的基本原則。」柯文哲表示，如果軍方能在一開始就交代洪仲丘病因，就可以替醫師省下很多不必要的動作；他說，軍方如果坦白，醫師就能知道要先設法降低洪仲丘體溫，而不是做電腦斷層掃描。
