SAC Capital因內線交易被起訴

 【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】彭博報導指出，美國政府打擊華爾街內線交易再度有成。美國大陪審團已經起訴避險基金公司SAC Capital觸犯包括證券詐欺等內線交易罪。
 
SAC Capital由美國富豪科恩（Steven Cohen）創辦，掌管140億美元資金。美國司法單位調查SAC Capital內線交易案已經數年，調查案件追溯至1999年，而該公司在1992年成立。
 
前次美國華爾街內線交易案被定罪的事高盛（Goldman Sachs）的前總監古塔（Rajat Gupta），他在2011年10月遭到起訴，去年由紐約聯邦法院宣判需入獄2年。
