我覺得這是要分為兩個層面來討論： 1. 技術面 的確，科技業相關各種技術推陳出新，你必須要有能力配合公司 吸收新技術。但另一方面，老鳥比菜鳥多的就是工作經驗，你需要 把工作經驗 (年資) 轉化成對公司業務上的助力，這樣公司才會覺得 錢用對地方。比如說，你因為有工作經驗，當遇到工作上的 bug 時， 你會比菜鳥更快找到 solution，而不會因此 delay 到出貨時間。 2. 人際面 這可以分為公司內外兩個方面。在公司內，你要能夠與公司團隊 合作愉快，增加團隊的產出。新進人員一個問題就是，除了技術面 的培養，公司必須要花時間和精力讓該名菜鳥順利融入公司團隊。 而這又不是每每能夠順利達成。老鳥的優勢就是已經和原團隊工作 過一段時間，對彼此都熟悉，這方面基本上沒有問題。在公司外， 你是否有多餘人脈能夠對公司有所幫助? 比如說，你認識公司 B 的朋友，而他又能幫你居中牽線，最後能夠幫公司談成與 B 公司 的生意。 以上供你參考。 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.193.84
