高雄 福中居冰品 位置：高雄市鼓山區明倫路59號 服務專線：(07) 5528954 營業時間：14 : 00 ～22:00（每週一公休） 消費時間：2013年6月 消費金額：135元（3碗） 食記：http://www.wretch.cc/blog/nellydyu/7685587 離瑞豐夜市很近的福中居，是許多人熟知的冰店，幾乎每天都是大排長龍 小小的店面，常常排隊到外面，位置也不多 福中居販售的有豆花、薏仁、仙草、冰品，還有紅茶豆漿，人氣豆漿豆花 價格大約在25～50元左右，綜合冰45元，任選三種配料 很特別的是有不一樣的糖水，像是玫瑰糖水、薰衣草糖水 都是純花茶熬煮，不使用香料、香精 點了三碗綜合仙草冰，配料請服務生幫忙搭配即可，沒有特別選擇 一碗滿滿的份量，光是配料看了就飽了 這份量幾乎是外面的好幾倍，而且吃一碗真的就飽了 芋圓類都很有彈性，咀嚼起來也挺香的 不過比較分辨不出是什麼口味，能感受到QQ帶黏的口感 豆類都有兩種口感，綿密及顆粒 一邊咀嚼還有綿密的豆香，甜而不膩，吃了有飽足感 仙草很滑口又消暑，單吃就很有仙草的香氣，蠻降火氣的 直接淋上，讓冰品頓時充滿了奶香味 也會提昇仙草的香氣，每一口都是滿滿份量，滑口的仙草"股溜"滑入口中 大紅豆帶有咀嚼顆粒感，甜度恰恰好 冰品的糖水也不會很甜膩，沒有太多的糖味 讓冰品整個很消暑，吃完也不會覺得膩口 一邊吃人潮都沒有斷過，外面都被摩托車給淹沒了 整個大塞車～夏天都要消暑降溫阿 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.20.16
