鳥商在家中養鸚鵡　被鄰投訴噪音收勸導單

雲林縣斗六市1名劉姓鳥商，在家中養鸚鵡，鄰居向警方檢舉鸚鵡太吵，環保局和農業處今天中午會同勘查，發現裡面有40幾隻二、三級保育類的鸚鵡，吱吱喳喳叫個不停，環保局當場開出勸導單，限期改善。

環保局人員表示，當門打開時噪音是80分貝、超過住宅區白天應低於70分貝的標準。劉男表示在斗南的農園有上千隻鸚鵡，斗六住家只養少量，多是幼鳥及亞成鳥。

劉男說，他住1樓，是臨近大馬路的三角窗，100多公尺外是市場，車水馬龍根本沒噪音問題，是樓上住戶老將垃圾放他家門口，他出面制止，鄰居才挾怨檢舉他。
