幹部遭起訴 台聯嘆沒領國民黨黨證

台聯三名幹部日前抗議特偵組未積極偵辦台電、中油弊案，今天遭北檢依侮辱公署罪嫌起訴，台聯秘書長林志嘉說，台聯幹部陳昌輝等人要求偵辦台電、中油弊案不僅是伸張正義，苦民所苦，更屬言論自由，卻遭起訴，令人不得不想到最近台灣人民都流傳說「要有國民黨黨證就不會被起訴！」
