悠活案法律爭議？ 政院：已講清楚

悠活案傳出相關的內政部及環保署有法律見解爭議，行政院秘書長陳威仁晚間表示，經協調後，「雙方已講清楚」，即尊重環保署六區都要環評立場，第一、二區執照是否有效，尊重內政部意見。

陳威仁說，上午還與內政部長李鴻源談及此事，「此協調結果並未改變，也未接獲內政部報告說內政部立場要改變」。
