護士打卡後還工作 津貼不足額

台灣護理產業工會理事長盧孳艷表示，工會近來接獲多通投訴指出，許多醫院違法要求護理人員打下班卡後繼續工作，規避加班費。工會要求，衛生署和勞委會應加強檢查，保障護理人員權益。

盧孳艷說，衛生署去年7月行文各醫院，呼籲將小夜班津貼增加至700 元，大夜班加至900元，但工會調查發現，現在小夜班平均津貼僅425元，大夜班僅600元，「衛生署政策淪為口號」。
