標題[請問] 住在台北高架捷運 文湖線 的版友

想請問 有住在台北文湖線高架路段的版友 幾個問題 希望可以獲得解答 最近在看得房子 目前還沒有捷運 但是之後高架會延著蓋到 所以想請問一下有經驗的版友 主要是 噪音問題 和 視野問題 1. 即使有隔音牆 想請問噪音的問題狀況大概是如何呢? 住家有氣密窗的前提下 是否仍然聽得到行駛的聲音? 2. 一般高架捷運的高度大概是4-5樓 想請問如果要可以看到視野 不被捷運擋到(因為對面會是空地 不會蓋高的建物) 請問樓層至少要幾層樓以上呢? 7F還是8F以上呢?
