兩岸服貿自由化 初期效果有限

政府預估，初期兩岸服貿自由化效益，對於台灣GDP將增加0.57％，但法人認為初期對台灣經濟貢獻有限。

估算初期服貿自由化效益對台灣GDP增加0.57％，相當新台幣2,200億元，並帶動國內投資成長2.97％，約14.97億美元。

開放項目上，在台灣對中國大陸開放項目，共計有64項開放承諾，開放內容約57%屬新增或擴大對大陸開放項目。大陸對台灣開放項目，共計有80項開放承諾。開放內容則均超出其在WTO承諾水準。

群益金融集團指出，服貿開放初期對台灣經濟貢獻有限，未來在貨貿協議、爭端解決、租稅協議等洽簽後，對於台灣產值將有擴增效果。
