中國里幹事伸鹹豬手「偷桃」　緩起訴確定

中國深圳村李姓里幹事（43歲）日前獲邀來台觀光，前天到台北市圓山飯店五星級飯店用餐，見飯店實習的男房務生俊俏，藉口要其帶路，趁四下無人之際，來個「猴子偷桃」偷摸對方下體被法辦。

台北地檢署今天偵結，以雙方和解，李獲被害人原諒，緩起訴3年確定。北檢表示，李某在檢方偵訊時，指因酒後失態造成，已當庭向被害人鞠躬道歉，雙方並簽下保密和解書，賠償被害人，考量李應知所警惕，給予緩起訴。
