標題[請問] 西堤出菜順序

請問西堤出菜順序為什麼 湯不是第一個出?西堤好像排第三還是第四道出? 一般西餐好像都是先出湯，再來沙拉，再來主菜之類的， 之前問西堤服務生，他有點支支吾吾說他去請示一下主管， 後來回覆是:「我們的程序就是這樣， 若想要先喝湯，下次可以提早說，就會安排先出湯。」 為什麼湯不是先出呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.71.196 ※ 編輯: design77 來自: 175.180.71.196 (07/18 15:30)
