以下為報告內容摘要：

在今天的電話會議上，新浪管理層首次公佈了阿里巴巴交易對新浪營收的影響。第三財季，微博廣告營收將超過5000萬美元，主要得益於來自阿里巴巴商家的貢獻，而2012財年第三季度為2000萬美元，今年第二財季為3000萬美元。

這將推動微博2013財年和2014財年營收分別達到1.95億美元和3.89億美元，高於我們此前預期的1.14億美元和3.12億美元。我們將新浪2013財年和2014財年凈利潤提高35%至3400萬美元和1.27億美元。

通過連接到阿里巴巴的廣告交易系統，新浪成為提供廣告空間用於商業化的被動合作伙伴。與使用自己的商業化系統相比，這種轉變有利於更快地商業化。
