熱低壓成颱 最快27日海警

（中央社記者林紳旭台北26日電）中央氣象局表示，今天下午2時菲律賓東方的熱帶性低氣壓增強為輕度颱風，命名為康芮，最快27日下半天發布海上颱風警報。

氣象局指出，輕颱康芮的中心點距台灣鵝鑾鼻東南方約800公里海面，以時速17轉13公里的速度，朝北北西前進，近中心最大風速每秒18公尺，7級風半徑100公里。

氣象局說，如果行進方向和速度不變，預定27日下半天到28日上半天之間發布海上颱風警報。1020826
